Begin. Start. Get going.
I have been a student of leadership, and a watcher of leaders, for more than 10 years. I have seen the good, the bad, the ugly, and everything in between. I’ve watched brass-clad leaders in the U.S. Army while standing at parade rest, higher-education leaders navigate complex ethical dilemmas, and pastors of churches both small and mega. Year after year, scenario after scenario, my fascination with leadership has only grown.
Why Leaders.Do
Simply put, I am better at leading the team I lead when I am immersed in great leadership literature and great conversations with talented leaders. Leaders.Do exists to provide helpful content that will inspire you to think more about leadership and, hopefully, become a better leader.
